Back in the Classroom..
Yesterday, my Flash development class at Algonquin College was extremely fornutate to have a kickass speaker - Julian Dolce from Fuel Industries. If you get the chance to see him speak at any of the conferences, don't even hesitate, just go.
Julian did a preso, that in a nutshell, illustrated his creative process as a flash developer. He broke down his process in a series of steps, focusing on the importance of the building blocks that create the base foundation for all creative divergences. I defintely found myself thinking in different ways and would personally like to blame my total lack of sleep today on Julian. Once the wheels start churning, its near impossible to stop it. So thanks, Jul, for the creative kick in the ass to get going.

Julian was a great speaker. He’s the type of guy you would like to strap to a table and feed off his brains; Indiana Jones style. It's nice to be reassured that 'we' are entering a market that is growing rather than on that is... not. I have a Classical Animation background and he mentioned a couple of time how that could be useful in the world of Flash. Thanks Julian for the "kick in the ass" as Stacy put it. Cheers.
