BOHICA!!!!
For a cool 150 US, you can get MDM's kiosk extension:allowing you to trap keys and keep snoopy users from dicking with the OS.
Um. Extension? Okay admittedly I haven't used MDM's products extensively, but extension? Shouldn't this be inherent? Reading that release made me feel somewhat violated in that disarmingly unmentionable kinda way. Of course this is only my opinion, which I suddenly feel the need to validate. And its not the fact that its an extension, but rather that you have to shell out for something that really shouldn't be sporting a price tag at all.
Of course this rant is subjective to my experience with 3rd party projector software. I'm admittedly and unabashedly a huge fan of a product that is not MDM's. Using that software I can easily trap keys and run kiosk mode and I don't have to shell out an extra 150 bucks to do so. Maybe I'm a princess and I've been pampered. If so, thank you, I can now use that 150 for more pressing items like beer and beer. Anyways, I'd be interested in knowing what exactly I get for my money that I can't get elsewhere for free.

Beer.

I don't know, Darron. Beer seems to be the better choice. That is unless you are building a beer kiosk. (that *is* the kiosk you are building, isn't it?)

Actually, you can get it for free. The same day (almost the same time) that MDM released its kiosk extension, a Zinc user released a comparable extension for free. It's on the exchange page and on the forum.
